How to understand childern - I just look at myslef

At the beginning of my teaching. I felt stressed and confused. By the end of my teaching my mind was inspired with thoughts of improvement.

 

At some point I saw interest in their eyes and excitement. And I thought that it is inevitable to have noise and "moving around". I notice some of them start to get tired faster if you were not in the mood at the beginning or lessons were too hard, or they did not have a "good" cards. It is not a bad behavior. All of them are amazing and I can feel their energy to create.

One time I came up with a game where I ask a question about contract and scoring and separated into groups. For each correct answer they got  a candy - all of them were involved into the game. It proved me that it was not hard for them to figure out and external reward is strong stimulator.

 

After of 4 days of constant bridge playing I feel tired and overwhelmed myself. This moments I can understand how children can feel: I can not digest any new information, I'm afraid to loose, and I can not sit strait on my chair without some moving.

 

Would be good to develop bridge class that includes physical activity.
